Return Airfares from Melbourne/Brisbane /Sydney - including taxes

The tour costs are based upon airfares, general transport and accommodation costs and foreign exchange rates as at date quoted. Aussie Nascar Tours reserves the right to alter the price if any of these factors change. If the tour price is affected by more than 10% passengers have the right to cancel within 7 days of the notification of the surcharge without penalty.
Airlines and Airfares
If a promotional airfare contained in this tour is broken or extended, an additional cost may be incurred. Airfares are subject to change at any time. Changes to flight itineraries and name changes may result in enalties charged by the airline and passed on to the passenger.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of AUD$500 per passenger is required at the time of booking. Balance must be paid in equal monthly payments with the final payment at least 60 days before departure. Please note prices are quoted in Australian Dollars AUD.
Cancellation within 60 days will result in loss of all monies. Cancellation outside 60 days will result in forfeit of the booking deposit ($500). Travel insurance is recommended. A fee will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed.
This tour is based upon arrangements which do not allow for refunds in respect of entry tickets, sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or other services not utilised after the tour commences.
All passengers will require a valid passport and relevant Visa. We can provide assistance with specific entry requirements.
Jetset Brighton (Licence No 31598) is the tour organiser. Jetset Brighton acts only as agent for passengers in making arrangements with carriers, Hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay change of schedule or any other events that are beyond our direct control. These include, but are not limited to, war, flood, fire, civil unrest, act of God, acts of government or any other authorities, accident or failure of machinery, equipment or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these tours, the passengers. Baggage is at own risk throughout. The contract shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria.
